At Snag, we want you to love your fit, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the size isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we've made our process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
